The heading machine are controllered by Large PLC intelligent control,Touch screen operation, combine with Machinery and electronics, aerodynamics, have advantages of High production efficiency, low energy consumption, easy operation, fault alarm, stable performance, no waste, etc. Adopt mode of injection,splitting, compression molding, welding, can make heading for aluminum laminate tube and plastic tube. The heading by our machine is without Spotting suture line, Beautiful appearance,  strong enough.

This machine mainly includes: Precision gap dividing operating agencies, automatic tube feeding, quantitative spit plastic agencies, co-molded bodies, automatic unloading bodies.

We use technology of 8 stations, Pre-discharge of material, one station for molding, which ensure stability and high quality of product, and meanwhile reduce the cost, and Effectively improve the production rate. Adopt Mitsubishi PLC and HMI.
